I’ve been going to A Moveable Feast for over 20 years. I literally grew up going here, and I still love it. The chicken tacos with the basil pesto rice are my go-to, and they’re so damn good. It’s like $15 for a fresh-made, healthy meal, which I think is a great deal.
The food is always fresh and I’ve never had an issue with the quality. It can be a little bland sometimes 😂 but honestly, that’s not a dealbreaker for me at all.
What really keeps me coming back is the people. The owners are genuinely nice, down-to-earth people, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Even though I don’t really shop much in the health food/supplement side, they’re always happy to answer questions when I have them.
It’s just a really good little Houston institution, and I hope it stays around forever. ❤️
Food is tasty and well-prepared. I love the vegan/vegetarian options. Staff is courteous. I love the laid back vibe.
A Moveable Feast is one of my favorite restaurants in Houston. I love knowing that the ingredients are high quality and that they avoid seed oils. The food is always fresh, delicious, filling, and genuinely wholesome. While I don’t indulge often, the desserts are absolutely delectable. Fridays are my favorite because of the fish tacos, they’re fantastic.
The market is also stocked with a wide variety of health-focused products that can be difficult to find elsewhere. From the restaurant to the grocery selection, this place is truly a gem. Highly recommended.

The hydration from this is truly exceptional and I love how it doesnt get sticky or leave and residue. Really absorbs well and my skin has never felt so good. A Moveable Feast was also SUPER helpful, friendly, and professional. Will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you!

The staff is very knowledgeable about vitamins and herbs. This is definitely the place to go for a healthy hearty hamburger.
There are so many good choices on the menu, but it is my go to hamburger joint. We sit outside on the patio surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers or inside. They have so many healthy juices, teas and wine.
It’s a great place to get clean, healthy food without chemicals and preservatives. Everything I have had there is top shelf and I’ve been eating here for 10 years. My favorites are the meatloaf, chicken salad sandwich, and amazing hamburgers. The sweet potato fries are so good. It’s very healthy.
