I switched to Celtic sea salt because I wanted a more natural option, and I’ve been really happy with it. It dissolves easily, tastes smooth, and doesn’t leave that harsh aftertaste. I use it daily in cooking and even in warm water in the morning sometimes after my walks. Definitely a staple for me now.

This is one of those pantry staples that actually lives up to the hype. You can tell it’s unrefined, the texture is softer and the flavor is more complex than regular salt. Love love love that this shop has so many natural remedies. I suffer with intense menstrual cramping and this tea really helps. That being said, the tea is maybe not the best tasting tea since it is an herbal tea, but with a little squeeze of lemon & a spoonful of honey, you've got a great tea that will balance you out for the day.

Honestly, this has become a staple for me. If you’re someone who runs anxious, overthinks, or just wants a comforting cup that actually delivers, this one is worth it.
