Love love love that this shop has so many natural remedies. I suffer with intense menstrual cramping and this tea really helps. That being said, the tea is maybe not the best tasting tea since it is an herbal tea, but with a little squeeze of lemon & a spoonful of honey, you've got a great tea that will balance you out for the day.
