Use 1 teaspoon for every 8 oz of boiling water.  Steep 3 to 4 minutes,  Strain and enjoy!

How To Use

Prepare this tea loose or use your choice of tea infuser. Begin with 1 teaspoon of tea for every 8 oz of boiling water. Boil, then steep 3 to 4 minutes, and strain.
