• ORGANIC: Red Raspberry Leaf, Red Clover, Vitex Berries, Lemon Verbena, Nettle, Cinnamon, Ginger Root, Orange Peel, Squawvine, Hibiscus, Chamomile, Linden Flower

Suggested Use

• Prepare this herbal tea loose or use your choice of tea infuser. Start with 2 teaspoons of tea for every 8 oz of water. Boil, then cover and steep about 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
