Prepare this tea loose or use your choice of tea infuser. Start with 1 Tablespoon for each 1-1/2 cups boiling water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and steep for 3 minutes covered. Strain and enjoy! Sweeten to taste if needed.
