Mega Wellness Cleanse is an internal cleansing complex containing 42 herbs and superfoods formulated to aid in cleansing toxins from the liver, colon, kidneys, lymphatic system, lungs, skin, and blood. It is designed to support all six channels of elimination.

Key Ingredients
Spirulina is the primary and most prominent ingredient. Additional herbs and superfoods include alfalfa, aloe vera, bayberry bark, beet root, burdock root, cascara sagrada, dandelion, ginger, chamomile, licorice root, kelp, bee pollen, fennel, juniper berries, skullcap, marshmallow root, chromium polynicinate, and 5-HTP from Griffonia simplicifolia, among others. Six herbs in the formula (dandelion, bayberry bark, bee pollen, licorice, juniper, and skullcap) are specifically included to help stabilize blood sugar levels.
Suggested Use
Start with 1–2 caplets per day with lunch or dinner. Gradually increase every 3–6 days up to 6–8 caplets per day as tolerated. Dosage can be split between meals. Take 30 minutes before a meal to help reduce appetite. Listen to your body and adjust as needed.
Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of purified water daily while cleansing.
Cautions / Read First
Some users may experience a temporary detoxification reaction (known as a Herxheimer or "healing crisis") within the first few days, which can include headaches, fatigue, body odor, upset stomach, or changes in elimination. This is considered a sign the body is releasing stored toxins. If symptoms occur, reduce the dosage and increase gradually.
